Movement as a Sacred Intelligence: Remembering the Flow

Each month, I share an inspired dream message, followed by reflections and spiritual practices to help integrate the channeled wisdom.

These messages originally came through in December 2024, and as I read through them now, I find it fascinating how perfectly they align, at least for me, with the present moment.

The guiding theme for this transformative year, 2025, is Self-Acceptance—you can read more about it HERE. By keeping self-acceptance at the forefront of our awareness, we learn to trust our unique path, guided by our higher self and spiritual support systems. This trust allows us to move through our journey with curiosity and openness, embracing more of our true essence along the way.

In this month's message, we'll explore the principle of Movement and how it supports our journey of aligning with the frequencies of interdimensional communication.

Inspired Message

~ Movement ~

Here, we speak of the consciousness of flow that runs through all physical systems, energetic structures of intelligence, and the highest spiritual bodies connected to the Cosmic Mind.

Movement is the wave of consciousness that is always present. You breathe it and are immersed in it, although calling it or addressing it as an 'it' is completely inaccurate.

The Atum spark of creation. The beginning that has no beginning nor end. That is the force and source of All that is connected and continues to expand in the Cosmos. And so, you might ask, what do I do with this? And we say that your conscious awareness and presence of Movement, with the capital M, must become so heightened that it permeates all of life unconditionally, nourishing through such empowering light with the purpose of becoming aware of itself. So you too, becoming aware of the magnitude of this force, can become empowered in full knowing of your being.

On the physical level, Movement facilitates the understanding of the Mind's communication through matter. This understanding is that the operating systems in the intricate, complex mechanics of the body as a container of light have these responsibilities and follow universal law while always reflecting the inner and outer workings of the other bodies, including all levels of energetic structures and spiritual bodies.

So, Movement through matter can offer a gateway to deeper connection and awareness into the Higher Mind. While communing with Movement on an active level, you reach the remembrance point of knowing, where there is no small-self interfering with truth and All that is. There is no need to validate, prove, or show anything other than what is.

All simply is, as you are, and in this wave of consciousness, the highest levels of Movement, you reach the fabric of your essence.

When marred in rigidity, you can't access the consciousness of Movement. The entry point involves softening enough to realize your contraction is resistance from the small mind, which only serves the limited, finite part of you that has little power aside from being in survival or protection mode. But those days have passed, and opening, softening, and surrendering to the flow of natural Movement is the era all have been navigating. Your persistent, small-minded reactivity prevents the full expression of what you set out to in-gather and in-corporate this time around. Do you see that this way of operating doesn't serve or honor you anymore? It's like refusing to see the sun, although you're outside in the open with no obstructions.

Be comfortable with returning to a flexible way of operating. Flow. Move in ways that resemble waves. Deliberately walk as if you were flowing in the wind or surfing the waters. Release rigidity, as it is the detriment to the Minds.

You're the one who has the honored responsibility of opening back up to your natural state and showing others the way.

Thank you.

Reflections

This transmission carries the rhythm of deep knowing. Once again, this is a strong invitation to surrender more fully, not as a passive giving up, but as an active attunement to the living current of Movement. It reminds me of the powerful Egyptian hieroglyph of Nu, the infinite vibration of the cosmic waters depicted by three waves and three vases. In most ancient traditions, three of anything indicates infinity; here, it symbolizes the timeless space-time continuum. Nu, the active Yang force of creation, moves in both directions, simultaneously representing nothingness and the source of new life. It is up to us to follow cosmic law and move through the currents with ease. Otherwise, the ride becomes very uncomfortable.

Movement is the very breath of the Cosmos. With every inhalation, we meet with the highest aspect of ourselves, and with every exhalation, we engage in a transmission. There is a rhythm, a flow, and almost a texture to Movement in awareness. It is a living intelligence that invites deeper communion with itself.

The small mind clings to rigidity because it fears dissolution, yet true presence is revealed only in the dissolution of false boundaries. The question is not how to force openness but how to allow the natural disentangling of what was never meant to be held so tightly.

Movement is language, a sacred conversation between the seen and unseen. As I often mention, the body is not merely a container but a communicator, a transfer device that interprets cosmic rhythms through its own microcosmic dance.

The way we move, walk, make gestures, and even breathe becomes an offering, a conscious echo of the greater flow.

And so, we are not just understanding but bringing this knowing inward in a more profound way.

Heart-mind knowing permeates, not as a thought alone but as a felt experience. Let it move you. Let yourself move with it. This is the refinement of remembering. This is the way of actively entering the matured Self in the process of evolution.

Clarifying Circulation vs. Movement: A Reflection from January’s Inspired Dream Message

The dream message that came through for January was Circulation. You can explore those messages HERE.

After clearing my mind and centering, I asked to be shown the difference between Circulation and Movement.

Here is the transmission.

Movement is the wave; Circulation is the pulse. One carries the other exchanges. Together, they interweave the natural intelligence of flow and renewal, surrender and refinement.

Movement is the great cosmic current, the ever-present wave of consciousness that flows through all things. It is the breath of the universe, an infinite unfolding that asks only for attunement. To move is to dissolve rigidity, to soften into the rhythm that was always there, waiting for your surrender. It is the effortless dance of existence; nothing to force, nothing to prove. Just being carried.

Circulation, in contrast, is the active principle of exchange, the pulse of cleansing and renewal. It moves through the dense and subtle realms alike, ensuring that energy, awareness, and life itself remain in harmonic communication. It is the intelligence of coherence, the cycle of giving and receiving, emptying and replenishing.

Where Movement carries you into the vastness of all that is, Circulation refines and integrates what is gathered, allowing for deeper embodiment into full expression.

Movement is the wave that reminds you that you are. Circulation is the pulse that teaches you how to listen, how to clear what no longer fits, and how to bridge the seen and unseen into greater wholeness.

Together, they are the living breath of evolution.

Spiritual Practices to Enhance the Connection to Movement

Engaging in any form of mindful Movement, as I always refer back to, is essential for our overall well-being. Not only are there countless benefits to the physical body, but now more than ever in our lives, we must actively engage in self-care practices that ALSO nourish and soothe our emotional and mental bodies, expanding to the higher frequency aspects of who we are, taking care of our spiritual bodies as well. This self-care is a vital support in these challenging times.

Bringing a sincere focus with powerful intention and attention to our own rhythms is a powerful gateway. The breathing, the heartbeat, and tuning to the rhythm of any movement practice we engage in are wonderful ways to embody the current of Movement.

Releasing detrimental energies, stagnant thoughts, and emotional patterns while restoring the nervous systems and the consciousness of circulation within and around the body is, in my opinion, and experience, the first step, as these practices can support us in connecting more deeply to the flow of communication that is occurring all around.

When the body surrenders to fluidity, it dissolves rigidity and aligns with the natural intelligence of Movement, of the currents of higher consciousness. This alignment empowers us to navigate life with a renewed sense of purpose and clarity.

When we deliberately stimulate the physical form in practices that enhance flow, our brain, muscles, tendons, and various communication systems, such as the nervous system and circulatory system, become less stiff, facilitating a return to our true nature.

You may practice KiGong/QiGong, Tai Chi, Yoga. Spend time in Nature, especially near a body of water, communing with the currents and rhythms of flow. You may also engage in Polarity Breathing, visualizing the powerful forces of creation we all hold within, the Yin and Yang energies, harmonizing through the pillar of light that continually connects the Earth and the Cosmos through our bodies in a universal rhythmic flow.

As you take time to connect with Movement, you can realign to the ever-flowing currents of which we are an integral part.

Enjoy
