Embracing Stillness to Rediscover Authenticity, Connect with Your True Voice, and Cultivate Meaningful Growth

In these past years, I have often been reminded of the importance of finding time to be quiet. This process is not a void but a productive environment for self-discovery and personal growth, inspiring us to dive deeper into aspects of ourselves and live a more empowering existence.

Our inner compass, the wise inner healer-teacher, always guides us to understand ourselves better and finds clever ways to present us with messages for our own growth everywhere we open our eyes to see. We are often unaware of this intricate, perfectly designed language, and we move along our journey in life following patterns given to us, doing the best we can. Then there are times when we begin to feel slightly uncomfortable; whatever label you may want to place on that, I call it restlessness. It may become so uncomfortable that we finally start to look for answers and are shown paths to return to balance. We may begin to research extensively about the workings of the mind, find relaxing practices to support our overall well-being, and seek meaningful conversations instead of superficial ways to appease the perceived identity we associate with.

After much external searching, there comes a point when mental clutter becomes so overwhelming and detrimental that it creates severe imbalances. For example, I wanted to know about energy medicine, and now I've signed up for all these training courses and bought way too many crystals. I have dozens of books to read, and I have booked several retreats and healing sessions. After all this, I'm still severely congested and lost even more than before. This process is typical for so many because we are used to processing information, which is energy, only with our mental bodies.

I've experienced this myself in many ways. The phenomenon guided me from extreme complexity and rigidity in the mental bodies to graceful simplicity, but only after fully understanding what grounding and anchoring meant, not with thinking alone but with the whole being. Over time, I relearned that simple is wise, and this is what I dedicate my life to sharing and teaching. When I recognized that there are immense wells of resources within each of us that provide us with exactly what we need at any given time, true purpose found its way back as the sole leader in the heart-mind. Intellectual knowledge cannot provide that level of true knowing, as it is not designed to do so.

The vast wisdom that exists within our being, including the physical form and the magically designed energetic and spiritual bodies, constantly communicates, collaborates, and supports us, literally, with every mundane task we have in front of us. However, we often become so discordant that our soul and spirit reach only the outermost layers of our essence and cosmic selves, and we may not fully be able to welcome that precious communication into all layers of who we are.

That is why it is essential to practice becoming quiet in our daily self-care practices. As I discuss in my book Beads of Light, the noise of the small mind is very loud and distracting. It persists in asserting itself as the sole leader and is designed to perpetuate the misperceived identity linked to finite, superficial forms, becoming delusion in its most imbalanced form. But it is still part of our duality-nature and must be nurtured and guided back into balance.

Our true nature has nothing to do with that level of consciousness. As spiritual light beings, we are experiencing all the goodness of this earthly life, with the fantastic opportunity to become aware of the polarity forces within us and reconnect with our innate talent of thriving in dynamic balance as we prepare for an upgraded system to come back online and fully remember our true purpose.

I am offering my sincere thoughts after receiving the following messages from my guidance system in the very early hours of this morning's meditation and training practice.

"Authenticity can open a portal into the freedom-heart. We speak of an authentic relationship with yourself. As you know and experience, even through blindfolds, what is presented externally lives and breathes within - listen.

There was never a time before this one when anchoring your frequency was more important. You can understand this to be how you connect with your physical form, as it holds infinite wisdom directly linked to the intelligence of Earth and the Cosmos.

Renewal and what you know as transformative processes are underway; therefore, the foundations must be strong. Expanded awareness through basic physical alignment and upgrading the etheric and astral filters support your progress.

Distortions may strengthen before transmuting into the gold of clarity, insight, peace, and balance.

The freedom-heart touches the cosmic mind, infusing your whole being with golden echoes of remembrance, including expressions of self-acceptance and self-love, the true essence connected to the All, seeing through separation with compassion, standing up for impure intentions with refined courage, leading life with soul brightness."

Many experts have shared meaningful thoughts on the cosmic influences during this magical Libra season. October is my month, and I am always so grateful for what has unfolded throughout the year as I begin my retrospective practices. As I mentioned, we are guided to carefully see and listen to the orchestration presented right before us. We’ve increasingly witnessed the value of authentic relationships and what we learn, receive, and give daily.

Firstly, we can genuinely listen to our hearts with a sincere and honest mindset. This practice may require a consistent cleansing and purification of our filters in order to truly recognize our own messages, which is why it is a practice.

As some of you know, I worked in luxury hospitality for 20 years and know far too well what it's like to put on what I describe as 'the guest face' to ensure everyone around me had an exceptional experience that included an exclusive feast to the senses. I must say, this is all super great and very important for many people. It’s so good to treat ourselves sometimes, right? It’s quite the opposite when falsity becomes a prison.

With time, though, I started to experience that form was not so interesting to me anymore. I became more fascinated by meaningful conversations without shying away from true, honest feedback, all in an effort to uncover more layers of who we are, curious about why we’re so imbalanced as a collective. Aside from this, I became focused on understanding why my thoughts and emotions made me so uncomfortable, affecting my physical well-being. Of course, I know now that my guidance system and my innate yearning for balance pushed me to experiences that showed me there is absolutely nothing to fear and nothing to fix and that self-discovery is the real purpose in our life.

There is no better time than now to free ourselves from the restrictions of the small mind. Sometimes, we may need a nice, healthy burst of extreme emotions to fully circulate and liberate us from mental prisons. We often shy away from misperceived discomfort out of form - falling outside the lines of proper conduct, whatever that means. The authentic, genuine, and most fulfilling conversations with ourselves offer us a gateway to greater connections, meaningful and profound awakenings, mental and emotional freedom, and the opening into our true selves.

If it’s not in your current routine, try to practice becoming quiet and sitting with yourself. Be silent, rest the voice, and listen. The strength to sit with what I call the 'bad commercials' in the head-brain will infuse your whole being, but first, the mind of the body must feel the sincere and honest commitment to take responsibility for wanting a more profound connection with your own essence. This is presence as a sense perception. It's a natural talent we carry throughout all-time. We're simply out of practice, consumed by mental body functions.

After catching a glimpse of so much goodness we hold inside, it's tough to return to pretending to live. Self-observation can guide us in nurturing the promise of expanding consciousness. It is not a setback when we experience the perceived 'going back' and wanting to conform just to please others; it may simply mean we need to uncover more and ask ourselves more targeted questions. Deliberately wanting the blindfold shatters the heart-mind. This phenomenon has been shown to me as beads of light sailing away from our fields, hovering in the outermost layers of the cosmic mind rooting for us, coordinating events, people, places, and things to help us find our way back home - the holy grail of the soul-spirit complex.

Live with an open heart toward yourself first. Honor your feelings. Diligently and regularly cleanse all of your filters so you can listen and see the authentic messages of the soul and spirit. As you start to emit more light, the external world will reflect the beauty that you are. We are the fractal hologram, but we underestimate our magical nature.

Focus on restoring trust and dynamic balance as flowing through life is a more natural and healthy way to flourish.

Thank you for reading thus far.

Be well and find time to be quiet today.
