Letting the Heart-Mind Lead
The evolution of our becoming goes through the steps of a spiral staircase. We can’t jump steps, compromising the foundations. We can try, but it would make one leg a bit unstable with the risk of falling. Sometimes, this happens, and that is all perfectly designed, pain and all.
This process is natural law, universal law. As outlined in the sacred texts of the Chun Bu Kyung and the Hermetic teachings, our becoming is a sequence of transformations from one state to another.
The energy bodies are multi-layered, linked to the versions of our higher minds, higher as in faster vibration, different light spectrums, always linked and connected to Oneness - thus higher - receiving and transmitting information constantly. Whether the boundaries between each layer are ripped, bumpy, broken, or smooth, there is still a constant exchange.
We reach the level of soul-mind when we feel like the superficial is no longer fulfilling. This is when we feel like we are in a t-shirt that’s too tight. It simply doesn’t fit. Nothing is good or bad, it just doesn’t work anymore. We become discordant when we prolong the lingering in this mindset, which is a box, one container of one version of who we are. Things start to be more chaotic; we become sick and think things are unfortunate incidents, this fall or that sprain, the car accident, or the illness, but it’s all part of that voice exchange between all the layers of our minds.
When the conversation doesn’t have clear and polished pathways - visualize a sponge absorbing streams of light instead of a path - the inevitable experience on the plane of matter is pain. A parallel experience occurs in the emotional plane. On the mental plane the unavoidable experience becomes confusion, such as heavy brain fog - a form of pain. The brain is the instrument for our spirit to connect to our soul.
This is why we have two sides of the brain. Left-Ego led, right-Soul led.
Spirit can access the center-zero point when our head-brain is balanced. This phenomenon creates a lightning-like spark that ignites a different level of energy line connection between the three portals of the Minds, the three dahnjons (dantiens), located in the lower abdomen, the center of the chest, and the center of the brain.
The opening to living in a version of ourselves led by the heart-mind is a challenging big step up the spiral staircase - the spiral structure being the ascension journey. Courage must be cultivated. Holding the vibration of courage allows us to maintain the level of consciousness that our bodies need to proceed forward. There is no going back; the mantra becomes “keep going, no matter what” - standing up tall with a bright face and sparkle in the eyes.
The risk is dis-ease. Another more considerable risk to be aware of is not living joyfully and being too serious. Why is this bigger than the dis-ease? Because the lack of joy and lightness causes all levels of dis-ease.
So much internal conflict arises when we experience this phenomenon. Suppose we could use a translator in the energy bodies; this conflict is always connected to an argument between our first levels of mind and our upgraded versions of mind. We use the terms higher minds because they know better, being closely resonant with Oneness. The translator would show dis-concert-ment, highlighting a mismatch of vibrations. We’re basically making some serious noise, some awful sounds. Who wants to listen to disturbing music? You can find all the remarkable studies and research about the impact of vibration on water and matter. We are music. We are vibration.
I want to live a life where I choose to create a lovely melody that makes me joyful while maintaining courage, helping me to stand up tall, lifting my face up toward the sky, and fully receiving the Sun rays. Raising my arms to the sides, feeling my spine arch back, exposing my throat, chest and belly to the Earth, nature, and universe, embracing infinity, merging with the universe. I want to be like the tree and all of nature, deeply interwoven, connected to each particle, the ecosystem itself. Experiencing my whole self, not just the little bits and pieces concerned with superficial minds.
Yes, I am the dreamer. Aren’t we all supposed to be dreamers? Break free from the box. The box is the small self - you can linger there longer, no problem. It’s a choice and our right to decide what journey we want to take.
I want to flow, not walk. I want to break through all the boxes, to live surrounded by light reflections of my mind, and to open to more of who I am now.
Heart-Mind is the mission.
