Trusting Change, Finding Strength, and Aligning with the Earth's Energy

Spring seems to have arrived about a month early here in central Italy, where I currently live. Many of us have been moving through the deep grooves of Winter, a time of recalibration and emotional and physical adjustments in preparation for what's to come. While it hasn't always been comfortable, every challenge has contributed to our realignment, helping us grow in resilience and adaptability.

As I often say, everything we experience is our homework and presented for a specific reason. This homework is the language of the universe, and yes, it does speak our name vibration.

Now, as we move through new expressions of life, it's important to begin seeing things in brand new ways, to honor all we have experienced, especially the challenging and demanding moments because they have helped us build the courage we now carry and a unique strength deeply connected to the Earth's natural cycles of renewal. It's important to remember that we're not only receiving powerful energy from the Cosmos but also receiving waves of new updates and goodness from Earth herself!

Embracing change, releasing old patterns, and stepping into a more elevated perspective by aligning with both inner transformation and the natural shifts happening on Earth.

By releasing and compassionately resolving what has felt sticky, heavy, stagnant, or outdated, we open ourselves to new perspectives that allow us to process the world around us in a more elevated and expansive way. The sticky, heavy, and stagnant are not our identity, even if we still see ourselves through these lenses. And they cannot last. These dense and fixed aspects will naturally dissolve, following the laws of Nature and the newly emerging electromagnetic shifts of Earth's energies. Rather than clinging to the old, we can accelerate the process of renewal by consciously and consistently choosing release and compassionate resolution.

What do we do then? Self-care. There are self-care practices for the small mind and self-care practices for the true Self. Chips and Netflix can be amazing and sometimes necessary, right? (I’ll answer myself as usual) Absolutely!!! Sitting with the small mind, listening, spending time together, and gently guiding her closer to the true Self is vital. On the other hand, there are self-care practices that nourish the Soul and Spirit, where greater focus and intention are needed.

Making space for integration as part of any practice we dedicate time to is probably one of the most important gifts to ourselves, as we need to allow the energetic and spiritual changes to merge and collaborate with the mind of the body as a way to continuously stabilize our magical operating systems (nervous, endocrine systems, etc.).

One of the major aspects of self-realization is trust in the heart-mind, to embrace the kind of knowing that doesn't come from intellect, books, and accumulated knowledge. It is a knowing that comes from another source of information, and that source is not outside ourselves.

Another significant aspect of self-realization is keeping the connection to our inner fire, which can be cultivated by maintaining hope in our abilities, in our dreams, and moving forward toward what we want to create and express in this life without anything or anybody stopping us, mainly our own inner critique, including self-doubt and let's mention the biggest one of all, fear.

In the face of fear, I practice visualizing myself standing tall on my favorite cliff, overlooking the vast ocean. The wind is strong, and the sun feels wonderful on my whole body. I hear the seagulls; I hear the waves. Then, suddenly, as I become empty, I feel lifted and supported.

If this simple act of visualization can shift my vibration and even my physical condition, then imagine the power of consistently connecting with our inner worlds, our intuition, our internal healing technologies, and the unique and magical ways of realigning with what is true and alive within us. This is accessible to each of us, a beautiful practice of calibration, alignment, and refinement.

As we consciously release and realign, we step into a new way of seeing, one that is lighter, more expansive, and deeply connected to the flow of life.
