QIGONG (KIGONG)
You will learn how to access your Ki (Qi) life force energy to restore harmony and balance.
QiGong (Energy Cultivation) supports the integration process of the mind and body during your healing journey, allowing you to relieve any form of stress and limiting patterns gently and naturally.
Through this dynamic meditation experience, we facilitate the activation and flow of energy throughout the body. Balanced energy centers and channels result in the overall sense of well-being; blocked energy relates to fatigue, negative thoughts, emotions, and dis-ease. When our inner world is not in harmony with the universal laws of nature, we experience disconnection from our bodies; we have difficulties being in the flow.
Energy cultivation practices restore, refine, and renew our energy system. The process of purifying and upgrading our energy acts as the bridge between the various aspects of our Self.
You will experience holistic training practices such as activating meridian channels through postures, releasing stagnant energy by connecting with rhythm and vibration throughout the entire body, and slow-flowing energy movements while regulating the breath.

Angelic Earth Resonance™ is a powerful somatic body of work that combines energy healing, light language, sound healing, and intuitive guidance. This healing modality is Ascension and New Paradigm work. It activates the Inner Healer by bridging the different levels of our Mind, our multi-dimensional Self, raising our frequency in a very safe and integrative way. This work supports the ascension process, assisting in accelerated expansion, growth, and re-calibration.
