Alignment Workshop - Preparing for the new season of Change

This workshop is for anyone interested in navigating life in a more harmonious way, opening to the ancient healing wisdom that is within all of us and supporting our evolution into a brighter version of ourselves.
 
Through various timeless Energy Cultivation and Refinement practices such as QiGong, Language of the Soul, and Inspired Visionary Journeys, we will center and ground our Minds before expanding and brightening our fields, connecting deeply with our bodies and the Earth.

At Il Paradiso Integrale, we will create a sacred space for us to share timeless principles and practices with an open, sincere mind.

If you have concerns regarding your physical condition, please know that all physical practices are gentle and can be modified. Although we move our bodies mindfully to achieve inner awakening, this work is energy work. Simply being present will bring great benefits.

I will guide you through every step, providing alternative methods when needed.
