In this area of Tuscany we are currently surrounded by the joyful vibration of Yellow. The fields of sunflowers go on and on. This makes me smile and gives me a sense of peace every time I drive by my neighborhood.

I call them the 'bowing sunflowers'. They're not facing the sun. In the past, I've seen sunflowers face the sun as if they were looking up smiling at the beauty of the Sun, so at first I thought…wow… this is interesting. In my mind, this is what I heard: they are bowing at the land bathed in sunlight. I'm sure there is a logical and more scientific explanation, such as not enough water in the soil, etc.… but I see the reverence of nature displaying love for itself. I think about how powerful bowing meditation is. The rhythm of cycles. Drawing the energy of Earth, merging with that of the Cosmos, in-gathering these energies inside and around the physical body, bringing our chest down, our head down, kneeling to meet Earth with our forehead, heart and palms (the outside brain), emptying the small mind. Then getting back up, creating once again, deepening the process of becoming. Using our entire body to upgrade our energy.

It is the ultimate alignment and calibration practice I have ever experienced. Sometimes, just a few minutes a day is enough, other times I lose count after 100 bows. The movement itself allows us to fully open all meridians, strengthening bones/joints/muscles, we can see all of the resistance we are holding dearly as if we need it one day in the future; we continue, recognizing we are not our bodies, thoughts or emotions, and we recover our true mind - it is called Sincerity training. There is no such thing as bowing to anything/anybody, bowing is about connecting to our higher dimensions, creating spaciousness for in-spiration. You can say bowing to ourselves is a more accurate statement.

The bowing sunflowers show me Sunlight warming our back, the subconscious mind, bringing light where we can barely see. The quality of Fire energy is renewed and upgrading more and more, opening the 'back door' of our energy centers, allowing the liquid fire to purify Spine/Nervous System/Old information.
